How are nested objects handled?
Nested fields are flattened into dot-notation columns, e.g. address.city. Arrays of simple values are joined with "; ".

All keys found in any row become columns; missing values are left empty.
Does it escape commas and quotes?
Yes. Values containing the delimiter, quotes or line breaks are quoted following the CSV standard (RFC 4180).
