Frequently asked questions
Does it handle commas inside quotes?
Yes. The parser follows RFC 4180: quoted fields can contain commas, line breaks and escaped double quotes ("").
How do I convert an Excel file?
In Excel or Google Sheets choose File → Save as / Download → CSV, then upload that file here.
Are numbers converted?
With “Detect numbers & booleans” on, values like 42, 3.14, true and false become JSON numbers and booleans. Values with leading zeros (e.g. 007, ZIP codes) stay text.
